Refund & Return Policy

At Clarify Co. we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it
The item must be in its original packaging
You must have proof of purchase

To start a return email us at Fockaertaidan5@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return we will notify you by email. If approved your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method.

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Fockaertaidan5@gmail.com with:

Your order number
A photo of the damaged or incorrect item

We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no extra cost to you. You do not need to return damaged items.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 7 business days:

Check your bank account again
Contact your credit card company — it may take time to process
Contact your bank
If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund email us at Fockaertaidan5@gmail.com

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange email us at Fockaertaidan5@gmail.com with your order number and details.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping Returns

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned item.
